The Restaurant “Il Pulcino” offers more than 200 seats, and the same amount of covered seats on the panoramic terrace; the Restaurant is a family-run business (Sergio Ercolani, named “Il Pulcino” [“The Chick”], his wife, Gabriella Matassini, and their six children, Elisabetta, Cecilia, Carlo, Angela, Marco and Stella). For groups at the restaurant and for the tastings, the reference point is Cecilia, who has been the tourism manager of the Farm for 25 years. The restaurant, open all year round (including Christmas and New Year Eve), offers a variety of Tuscan specialties, skilfully prepared by Mrs. Gabriella, owner of the restaurant.
