The Restaurant “Trattoria di Cagnano” has three rooms (plus a summer terrace), and can also accommodate large groups. The open kitchen and wood-burning oven give a very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant produces in-house basically everything (fresh pasta, pastries, bread, jams, biscuits and some spirits), using almost exclusively local products (but also with some “curiosities”, including many fish dishes), and taking care of the seasonality.
